Description
This "Clairin Ansyen Casimir Friends" vintage is a single cask selected and bottled by Velier in 2021, to help the victims of the earthquake that devastated the island on August 14, 2021.
The proceeds are thus donated to help producers rebuild infrastructure, allowing them to continue working every day.
Distilled in 2015 from sugar cane juice in a Pot Still, this Clairin Casimir aged in an ex-whiskey barrel (#42) for 5 years, before being bottled on August 18, 2021.
