Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Sajous spent 21 months in an old rum barrel. Put in barrel on July 4, 2017 and bottled in April 2019, it was selected by Christian Tang (Kyros & Co., Denmark).
