Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Casimir spent 27 months in an old whisky barrel. Put in barrel on October 10, 2015 and bottled in January 2018, it was selected by Jimmy Bertazzoli.
