Description

Here is a unique blend of aged clairins combining two great terroirs of Haiti: that of Cavaillon with a clairin that comes to us from the producer Vaval (Arawaks distillery) and from the sugar cane "Madame Meuze". And the terroir of Baradères with an old Casimir (Faubert Casimir distillery).

These two clairins were aged separately in ex-Oloroso Lustau sherry casks and were bottled especially for Whisky Live Paris 2021.
