Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Sajous spent 37 months in an old rum barrel. Put in barrel on March 7, 2017 and bottled in April 2020, it was selected by Guillaume Drout (Danico, France).
