Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Vaval clairin spent 39 months in an ex-sherry cask. Put in barrel on January 12, 2017 and then bottled in April 2020, it comes from a single cask (single cask #VA17OL-1) selected in Port-au-Prince by Julian Biondi of the BarOmter bar (Italy).
