Description

Clairin Vaval is a Haitian rum produced from pure cane juice, distilled by hand in the commune of Cavaillon at the Arawaks distillery.

Produced from the Madame Meuze variety, this single-varietal clairin underwent a long spontaneous fermentation (with indigenous yeasts), before being distilled by Fritz Vaval on a homemade still. The clairin is then bottled at its natural strength, or brut d'alambic.
