Description

Vieux Sajous is a clairin distilled in 2017, aged for 4 years in Port au Prince and bottled in 2021 by the Velier company. It highlights the terroir of St Michel de l’Attalaye and the Cristalline sugar cane, one of the oldest varieties.

This clairin is also one of the first to have aged in ex-sherry casks, purchased by Luca Gargano in Lustau.
