Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Vaval spent 42 months in an old Caroni barrel. Put into barrels on December 18, 2018 and bottled in June 2022, it was selected by 1870 Vins et Spiritueux.
