Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. We owe this feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) to the company Velier and Luca Gargano.

Clairin Communal Ansyen is a blend of four clairins aged in different types of barrels (ex-rum and whisky barrels): It includes the clairins of Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rocher.
