This Vieux Casimir is a 5-year-old clairin, distilled in 2016 and aged in ex-Caroni rum casks. It was specially bottled for the 65th anniversary of La Maison du Whisky in 2021.

It is a single cask directly from the Faubert Casimir distillery, highlighting the terroir of Baradères.
