Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Vaval spent 21 months in an old Caroni barrel. Put in barrel on June 10, 2016 and bottled in March 2018, it was selected by Arthur Morbois for LMDW.
