Description
Even though clairin is traditionally consumed young and not aged, it is clear that aging can give it a whole new dimension. This Vieux Vaval has aged 8 years in the Haitian climate before being bottled at its natural strength.
It comes to us from the Arawaks distillery, stronghold of the Vaval brand, which distilled the juices of the “Madame Meuze” sugar cane variety, grown on the great terroir of Cavaillon.
