Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Sajous spent 21 months in an old Caroni barrel. Put in barrel on June 7, 2016 and bottled in March 2018, it was selected by Luc Litschgi (Carry Nation, Marseille).
