Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Vaval spent 22 months in an old rum barrel. Barreled on June 21, 2017 and bottled in April 2019, it was selected in Port au Prince by David Moller (Hornet, Sweden).
