Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Casimir spent 22 months in an old rum barrel. Put in barrel on June 21, 2017 and bottled in April 2019, it was selected by Dom Costa (RIP) from Velier.
