Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Vaval spent 23 months in an old rum barrel. Put in barrel on May 28, 2018 and bottled in April 2020, it was selected by Sarah Dietmayer (The Barkling Dog, Denmark).
