Description

Here is the second version of Vieux Sajous: a clairin distilled in 2017, aged for 4 years in Port au Prince and bottled in 2021 by the Velier company at natural strength. It highlights the terroir of St Michel de l’Attalaye and Cristalline sugar cane, one of the oldest varieties.

This clairin is made from a blend of 12 barrels (ex-Caroni and Single Malt barrels)
