Description
Vieux Sajous is a clairin distilled in 2018, aged for 5 years in Port au Prince and bottled in 2023 by the Velier company. It highlights the terroir of St Michel de l’Attalaye and the Cristalline sugar cane, one of the oldest varieties.
Blend of 18 barrels (ex-rum and Single Malt barrels).
