Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Vaval spent 41 months in an old Cognac barrel. Put into barrel on February 4, 2019 and bottled in June 2022, it was selected by The Last Port.
