Description

"Ansyen" is the name given to a whole range of Clairins that have aged in barrels in the Haitian climate. This feat of strength (clairin is traditionally not aged but mostly consumed white) is said to be the work of the Velier and Luca Gargano company.

This Clairin Ansyen Sajous spent 22 months in an old whisky barrel. Put in barrel on June 23, 2017 and bottled in April 2019, it was selected by Adrien Russotto (Henson's Bar, England).
