Description
Clairin Casimir is produced in the Haitian microdistillery Faubert Casimir, located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, on the lands of Baradères.
It is produced from fresh sugar cane juice left to ferment for several days with wild yeasts and herbs/plants (lemongrass, wild anise, ginger) for a unique result. The must is then distilled on a pot still heated over an open fire.
Like the rest of the range, clairin is bottled at its natural strength, brut de distillation.
