Description

Here is a very rare bottle of Calvados that we owe to Christian Drouin: it is a special bottling bearing the name of Maurice Lesieur. A 1962 vintage offered here - something rare enough to be worth mentioning - not reduced. Distilled in 1962 and bottled in 2003, this Calvados will have aged for 41 years...

Verly Limited edition

It is in Normandy, and this for three generations, that the Drouin family has been passionate about the production of Calvados.

An adventure that began in 1960 with Christina Drouin senior, assisted by the distiller Pierre Pivet. In 1969, it was the turn of Christian Drouin Fils to join forces with his father and give the family business an international dimension, quickly becoming passionate about the art of aging. He quickly gave new impetus to the entire profession and specialized in the development of the rarest and oldest calvados. In January 2004, the third generation joined the adventure in the person of Guillaume Drouin, then an agricultural engineer and oenologist. He devoted the first five years to developing exports before taking over production management, then the management of the company in 2013. Even today, father and son jointly produce the house's blends.
