Description
After the Papalin releases devoted to Jamaica, the spotlight turns to Haiti with a blend of 5 clairins from the Sajous, Vaval, Casimir, Le Rocher distilleries and the Port-au-Prince distillery (Providence).
A total of 32 casks were selected, including ex-Cognac, Bourbon, Caroni and Whiskey casks, all fully aged in a tropical climate.
