Description

This vintage Cambridge STC♥E (2005) comes to us from the Jamaican distillery Long Pond. Distilled in Pot Still in 2005, it aged for 13 years in a tropical climate.

STC♥E stands for “Simon Thomson Cambridge Estate” and refers to the settings of the still, from which the distillate came out with an ester rate of between 550 and 700 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.
