Description

Habitation Velier is once again offering a Monymusk rum, distilled at Clarendon in 2010 and bottled in 2019 after 9 years of tropical aging (over 64% angels' share/evaporation).

It bears the EMB brand, named after the old Bog Estate brand, closed in 1948, and which corresponds to the Wedderburn category (ester content between 125 and 280 g/hlap).

The Clarendon distillery has the particularity of offering 2 quite opposite types of distillation, with on one side a very modern multi-column and, on the other, two magnificent stills (Pot Still).
