This is a Pure Single Rum from the young Papa Rouyo distillery. Distilled in 2022 and bottled after a year of tropical maturation (in French oak barrels and ex-cognac barrels), the rum has a congener content of 430.1 g/hlp, including 101.6 g/hlp of esters.
