Description

This rum bottled by Habitation Velier comes from the Jamaican distillery Worthy Park. Its name, Forsyths, refers to the pot still used at the distillery.

After a first edition released in 2015, Habitation Velier is back with a new white rum WP 151, this time distilled in 2017. Beyond its high strength (75.5%), this white is a real UFO: its fermentation took place over... 3 months, where the average duration is only 2.3 days...

The result is a very (very) aromatic rum (597.3 gr/hlpa of esters, compared to 502 grams for the first version of 2015).
