Description
Like its predecessor (the Last Ward 2007), this Habitation Velier Last Ward is a blend of Mount Gilboa rums distilled in 2009 in a Pot Still (obtained after a triple distillation) and aged for 9 years in the tropical climate of Barbados.
Limited Edition
Mount Gilboa is the former name of the distillery known today as Mount Gay, the oldest distillery according to the history books. It then belonged to the Ward family (since the beginning of the 20th century) before becoming the full property of Rémy Cointreau in 2014 (the date on which the production of Mount Gilboa rum will definitively stop).
