Description
After releasing the first white rum from the Seychelles (with the Habitation Velier Takamaka 2021), Velier is back this time with a 3-year-old rum, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2021 at the Trois Frères distillery in La Plaine Saint-André. As usual, we find 100% tropical aging (with an annual angels' share of over 11%) and a high congener rate (564.4 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol).
This is not a single cask but a blend of 2 barrels selected at the distillery (French oak barrels).
