Description

First release of the Habitation Velier range on the island of Grenada. This is a pure cane juice rum (Lacalome Red variety) distilled in a pot still and coming from the Renegade distillery.

Distilled in 2020, the rum aged for 3 years on site in French oak barrels and new American oak barrels.

Angels' share of around 8% (tropical aging requires) and high congener levels of 466.4 g/hlap (including 207.2 g/hlap of esters).
