Description

This rum bottled by Habitation Velier comes from the Jamaican distillery Worthy Park. Its name, Forsyths, refers to the pot still used at the distillery.

This white rum distilled in 2017 and having undergone a very long fermentation (we are talking about several weeks) from a local molasses, offers an impressive ester rate of 597.3 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.
