Description
This Barbados Pure Single Rum from the Foursquare distillery is a unique opportunity to taste a distillate made exclusively from Pot Still and aged in ex-cognac casks. Richard Seale, the master of the place, tends to blend this type of brandy with those they distill with his column.
Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2015, this rum will have aged entirely in the tropics (with an angels' share greater than 15%).
