Description

For its 65th anniversary, La Maison du Whisky has selected a special cask from Habitation Velier's stock. It has set its sights on cask #16, containing a Jamaican rum from Long Pond, aged 11 years in a tropical climate.

The rum bears the STCE reference, indicating an ester content of between 550 and 700 g/hLPA.
