Established in Bouteville since the 17th century, the Giraud family has perpetuated heritage and tradition from father to son. Maison Paul Giraud is even among the last to maintain the tradition of manual harvesting, taking almost unhealthy care in winemaking and distillation. Everything is done in Bouteville, on their estate, and their particularly humid cellars give their eaux-de-vie a remarkable softness.
