Description

In his collection "Straight from the Barrel", I ask for barrel No. 279: put in barrels on June 28, 2018, the rum aged in the cellar named "Vevert" for about 5 years before being bottled at its natural degree. Of the initial 600-liter barrel, only 480 liters remained at the time of unloading.

The "Vevert" cellar offers a high humidity (82%) and temperature (25.5 ° C).
