Description

Packaged in an imposing carafe, the "Rhum par Neisson" 52.5 is an ode to sugar cane: the fruit of a long refining process during which the white rums are carefully brewed, aerated and gradually lowered in alcohol to reach the perfect degree.

The 52.5 vintage comes exclusively from the sugar cane plots of La Thieubert, planted on the edge of the distillery near the seaside. Of volcanic origin, the soils are alluvial with a sandy-clay texture. The influence of the Caribbean coastline is found here through extreme drought as well as exceptional sunshine conditions. The Rhum par Neisson is the fruit of a long maturation process of more than 4 months.
