Neisson Chai Mainmain No.4 2016 4YO
Description
Released in collaboration between Velier and Neisson, this "Chai Mainmain" rum is part of a series of three rums from the same vintage (2016) aged in the same type of barrels (ex-Bourbon barrels) but stored in different places in the cellars of the distillery for 4 years.
The concept here is to focus on the direct influence of humidity and temperature on rum. It is also the very first time that Neisson has released its rum in a bottle other than its traditional Zepol Karé.
This Neisson Chai Mainmain enjoyed an average humidity of 77% and an average temperature of 27.7°C, before being bottled at 54.1% cask strength.
Edition limited to 380 copies.
