Description

Released in collaboration between Velier and Neisson, this "Chai Vevert" rum is part of a series of three rums from the same vintage (2016) aged in the same type of barrels (ex-Bourbon barrels) but stored in different places in the cellars of the distillery for 4 years.

The concept here is to focus on the direct influence of humidity and temperature on rum. It is also the very first time that Neisson has released its rum in a bottle other than its traditional Zepol Karé.

This Neisson Chai Vevert enjoyed an average humidity of 82% and an average temperature of 25.5°C, before being bottled at 56.8% cask strength.
