Description
“L’Intense” by Karukera in its second edition (batch 2) is an agricultural rum from the 2016 harvest. This pure cane juice rum was distilled in a Creole column in June 2016 from blue cane, and it was bottled on April 20, 2017.
With each new batch, the reduction, mixing and aeration are done slowly, for almost a year.
