Description

This is the very first vintage to come out of Karukera, from the distillate of François Longueteau and the Espérance distillery. Grégoire Hayot takes care of the aging in his cellars adjoining the facilities.

L’Expression 2008 is a limited edition that has aged in new French oak barrels for 8 years, before being bottled at its natural degree (and not chill-filtered) in August 2016 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of LMDW. Note that there is another version of this 2008, this time reserved for Guadeloupe and export.
