Description
Expression 45 is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe that we owe to Karukera. It is a small batch (a limited series) of pure cane juice rum distilled in July 2019.
The rum was then placed in new French oak barrels on August 13, 2019, then transferred to ex-cognac barrels on April 15, 2020. Drawn off on October 16, 2020, it was bottled after a slow reduction on November 12, 2020.
Note that there is also the Expression Brut de Fût, which as its name suggests, was bottled at its natural strength, without reduction.
