Description

Karukera Black Edition Alligator is an agricultural rum that has aged for 4 years in French oak barrels, before being transferred to new oak barrels that have undergone very high toasting.

These barrels have indeed been burned to the point of carbonizing the inside of the barrels, drawing a surface resembling the scales of an alligator.
