Description
This is one of the very first vintages (with the 2008) to come out of Karukera, from the distillate of François Longueteau and the Espérance distillery. Grégoire Hayot takes care of the aging in his cellars adjoining the facilities.
This Karukera Select Casks 2009 is the result of the blending of 7-year-old rums from 14 oak barrels (ex-Cognac of 350 liters). A small batch bottled at its natural degree and not chill-filtered to preserve all the aromas.
