Here is the 2023 edition of the famous HERR 57 from Savanna. HERR for High Ester Rum Réunion, an extremely rich rum (with an ester concentration of 626 gr/hlap) obtained thanks to a very long fermentation (for this edition, we are talking about 11 days).

What is a Grand Arôme/High Ester rum? It is a rum resulting from a very long fermentation (5 to 10 days and more) of a mixture of vinasse and molasses which, under the action of specific yeast, will promote the development of bacteria, and thus give the rum very developed and much more powerful aromas.
