Description

Savanna Blanc HERR Edition 2022 is a high ester type rum (a very aromatic rum) from Reunion Island and from batch # HR.05.19.

This is a special cuvée made from molasses fermented for 11 days, then distilled in 2019 by Thierry Grondin. The rum has an ester content of 796 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol (and 1,627gr of congeners).
