From the "Wild Island Edition 2021" series, this Savanna Traditionnel 2007 Single Cask (#973) is a 13-year-old molasses rum, aged on December 24, 2007 both in an ex-cask of Cognac and a few months in an ex-port barrel, all in the damp cellar of the distillery.
