Description

Savanna Créol Straight is a agricultural rum straight from the column (without reduction), made from the pure juice of the "Bois-Rouge" sugar cane from the 2019 harvest. A 2-day fermentation precedes the distillation on the superb Savalle copper column from the distillery, before the rum rests for a long time before bottling in May 2020.
