Description

Bally 7 years, in its iconic Pyramid bottle, is an AOC Martinique agricultural rum aged at least 7 years.

The stronghold of Bally rums, Habitation Lajus was bought in 1918 by Jacques Bally who decided to renovate it and build a distillery on the remains of the small sugar factory. Installing a steam engine and a Creole column that he adapted himself, he began to produce rum that he would vintage from 1924. The famous pyramid bottle was developed by J. Bally in the 1930s.
