Description
selection of Mr. Luigi Veronelli, famous oenologist/food critic/anarchist and Italian writer who died in 2004. For the record, it was Luigi who unearthed this rum directly in the Barbancourt warehouses, before bringing it back to Italy for sale in the early 1980s. Limited edition of 1,196 bottles. note that the distillation was then done in the traditional way (double distillation via Pot Still) until the beginning of the 1990s and the use of a more modern continuous column system (double column).
